Hidden away on a quiet country side road between Cottonwood and Sedona is a little magical place called Page Springs Cellars. It’s lush and green and right alongside a sweet stream. They have well maintained grounds and gardens to explore. And they have wine. Like I said, it’s a magical place and worlds away from the dry, desert cactus environment we all see every day. It makes for a wonderful adult getaway either as a day out together, or as part of a weekend escape.

Page Springs Cellars has tours and special events or you can just stop by, as I did. After wandering around a bit admiring the natural beauty of the place we went inside to the Bistro for dinner. We had the choice to wine and dine indoors or out on their patio. The patio overlooks the stream, is overshadowed by huge trees and has large rustic picnic tables. That’s where we chose to be seated and as the stars came out, we were treated to a well presented meal and wine selection. Inside is nice too, furnished with modern sophistication and with beautiful professional photographs and artwork displayed throughout.

Since I love to mix and match and to try everything, our order was for the charcuterie board and the Red Flight and it was all lovely and the service friendly. At the end of our time there we purchased some bottles of what we had found to be our favorites. As we left, I was already wondering when I would next be able to visit again!
