It’s always fun to take a little walk down memory lane. With that in mind, here’s what some of the most popular articles were for 2025, my first year as your Publisher!
Rescue Oasis is now open! This article drew more attention than any other, and why not, that new facility is amazing!
Family Day Trip: Crescent Moon Ranch picnic site in Sedona was another very popular article. This is a beautiful place and it’s great to see that this article has been useful to families all year long! It turns out many of us share an appreciation for the great outdoors because the articles I did for Goldwater Lake, Nature Day in Cottonwood, and Tonto Natural Bridge were also near the top.
There’s also a monthly article that I call Strip Mall Surprise where new or smaller businesses are featured. The one on Aldi in Surprise (there are actually now 2 locations) was really well received as was the article about Spencer's Place.
Parenting articles are also featured periodically and the one highlighting the safety benefits of a family code word was the one you all found most useful.
And, of course, the holiday themed articles such as for Halloween, Memorial Day, Easter, and July - National Ice Cream Month, were also big hits. Helpful themed guides like those that pull together all kinds of family friendly options for your convenience are what MacaroniKID is all about!
Right now the newsletter and website is full of New Year’s ideas to help you out. The next one coming up will be for Valentine’s Day so keep an eye out for that.
